GJ Gillepsie was the winner of our 2014-2015 art contest, judged by water-colorist Daniel Merriam. His work “Life Cycle” was inspired by Ryan Habermeyer’s, “In Search of Fortunes Not Yet Lost” (XXXIV.1) Read more about Gillepsie’s inspiration here.

“Glitter on the Ball” T-shirts

 

“Glitter on the Ball”? What does that mean, you ask?  Quite simply, it is a declaration of victory. It is a verbal fist bump, a high five.zinzgotbA “oh yeah we did” in a phrase. Think #winning but with less tiger blood-ish mania.  The expression was coined by Copernicus Czyzniejewski, son of former editors Karen Craigo and Michael Czyziejewski, when he was just a wee lad, and we liked it so much, we say it all the time.
