Spring 2019

Dear Arts and Sciences Alumni and Friends,

As dean of the BGSU College of Arts and Sciences, I am proud to say our faculty are leaders in their fields and our students are known for their focus, ambition and curiosity in search of the answers to the big questions. Here, ideas form and transform as we work together to create a respected learning community. The work we do also can be seen in the accomplishments of our alumni.

The best way to demonstrate that we are upholding our mission to prepare our graduates to become engaged citizens and leaders in a global society is to share some of our stories. In this newsletter, we highlight faculty, alumni and students who are making a difference.

I am always pleased to hear about the successes of our alumni. You can send an email to artsandsciences@bgsu.edu to share how your BGSU education has enabled you to contribute to the public good.

Warm regards,
Raymond Craig
Dean
